Photography leads to a process of reflection, changes the perspective, as well as the focus towards many and various aspects of our everyday life. It encompasses, gives meaning to, and interprets the world as well as ourselves. It is an excellent way of being mindful, helping us all the while to observe in depth how we position ourselves towards the ‘frame’ of the world and our own lives; how we think, how we see and how we feel.
